Returns 

ONLY our devices are eligible for returns. Serums are not eligible for returns. 

All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please click here or reach out to our customer support team at support-ae@thesciencebrand.com. Returns must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 2 days of the return request confirmation in order to process a refund.

Customer will be responsible for shipping the return to us at the provided warehouse address. 

Returns must include the product, all original packaging, instructions, and accessories. All items must be unused and unopened, and in good, working condition with normal wear and tear.

Returns will be fully inspected upon receipt to ensure good working condition of all components. If any of the components are missing, dirty or damaged, the return may be rejected. 

There is a standard returns restocking fee of 25% of the order value that will be deducted from your refund. 

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your return is received. We can only process returns for products sold on The Science Brand. Refunds post to your original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.  

Warranty

All devices purchased direct from us are covered by a 3-month limited replacement warranty. Replacement is provided only in case the device has stopped working due to a malfunction. Devices that are broken or misplaced are not replaced. 

Reach out to our support team if you need to initiate a warranty claim. Proof of purchase must be provided in order to process a warranty claim. 

Damaged in Transit/Missing Items

Orders that are damaged in transit with components that are missing are replaceable under the following conditions:

• Photos of the torn, damaged shipping package are provided
• Photos of the shipping label are provided
• Photos of the remaining items received are provided
